Rahima Khatun is the Founder and CEO of Leading Women Australia, a nonprofit organisation based in Point Cook, Victoria. A qualified electrical engineer, registered NDIS support coordinator and passionate community leader, Rahima brings over eight years of experience across community services, social justice and
engineering to her role.
Driven by a deep commitment to doing the right thing for people, Rahima founded Leading Women Australia to create a safe, empowering space where divorced, widowed, homeless and unemployed women across Victoria can access the support, skills and community they need to rebuild their lives with confidence and dignity.
